Pregnancy symptoms, such as a missed period, do not always mean you are pregnant. To be sure, you should have a lab-quality urine pregnancy test performed by a medical professional, even if you have done an at-home test. Our pregnancy tests are 99% accurate, 100% confidential and the results will be available within minutes.

Following a positive pregnancy test, it is important to have an ultrasound. Ultrasounds provide the insight needed to make an informed and empowered decision for an unplanned pregnancy. They determine three key things about your pregnancy: placement, viability, and gestational age. At Hope of the Delta, we offer limited obstetrical ultrasounds performed by specially trained nurses.

It is important to acknowledge that if you are sexually active, it is quite common to have been exposed to an STI at some point. You might be considering getting tested, yet feel a bit uncomfortable. We understand! However, there is absolutely no need to feel ashamed when you are taking charge of your health!
Here are three compelling reasons why considering STI screening is a smart move:
Remember, taking care of your sexual health is a responsible and self-empowering choice. It is all about making sure you and your partner are safe and well.
*STI screening is only available at Hope’s Pine Bluff Center at this time.

Is the thought of being a parent overwhelming? If you want to get ready to parent or improve your parenting skills, we have parenting education to fit your lifestyle.
We offer face-to-face and online parenting classes that prepare you for this new chapter of your life. No matter where you find yourself, you can rest assured that our prenatal and parenting face-to-face and online courses will have you ready to take on the journey of motherhood with a toolbelt filled with knowledge and know-how.
The face-to-face and online courses offer an earn-while-you-learn opportunity to help you build your parenting skills and your baby’s nursery. As you complete the courses, you receive points that you can redeem in our parent store for new baby items to stock your nursery and care for your children.
Our face-to-face courses meet once a week, afternoon and evening. Weekly courses allow you to meet other parents walking the road facing the same milestones. If you are looking for community, face-to-face courses are the answer, and you earn diapers and baby items at the same time.
Online Parenting Courses use BrightCourse, an interactive video learning platform. It is simple to get started. Contact Hope to inquire about registering for online courses. Once registered, you can watch the 10 to 30-minute videos and complete homework at your pace, all while earning points you can redeem later in the parenting store.
Most people do not realize that abortion can be emotionally devastating. Sadly, the fallout can come immediately or decades later, and most suffer in silence. Some even endure a range of painful effects, from regret and depression to addiction or thoughts of suicide.
If you or someone you know has experienced an abortion, these questions may have come to mind:
Hope of the Delta has trained facilitators who have experienced a similar fallout, understand where you are, and want to help you find freedom. Facilitators will guide you through a special study program that lets you control your conflicting emotions, free you of guilt, find courage, renew your mind, experience God’s grace, and much more. Please know that we protect your privacy and confidentiality. Call or come by our Center to learn more about our post abortion support.
If you prefer to talk with a professional counselor, we can make referrals to our partner Living Well Counseling.
